Help, I may be on to something Joe Biden is JIM Biden or a hidden twin. The first image says Joe is on the left, yet the person that makes the speech at the 2008 DNC has a blue tie on with white pocket handkerchief. Has Joe Biden a twin brother or it could be Jim Biden?
