A few hundred Johnny Jihads in the JNIM released this footage of their attack against an army base in Makalondi, Niger earlier this month. It's exactly what you'd expect for an jihadist attack in west Africa - fairly unorganized dudes with AKs moving quickly and firing wildly with no discernible formalized tactics.    But, if the force being attacked isn't motivated to hold their position, it seems to work.
