The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office attempted to serve a warrant on Samuel Waters Jr. (37) who lived in his vehicle in a local Walmart parking lot. Upon arrival, officers asked Mr. Waters to exit the vehicle which he refused. After several hours a rook was called in and used to deploy tear gas into the vehicle. Mr. Waters then fired his Colt 1911 with commander length slide at officers prompting multiple officers to conduct an impromptu ballistics test on the vehicle and Mr. Waters with their AR15s. Surprisingly, the ballistic test was a failure and Mr. Waters survived and his imprisonment will now cost taxpayers millions of dollars. During the ballistics test the officers also shot the frame of his pistol; ruining a nice 1911 unfortunately. Mr. Waters had a lengthy criminal record including arrests for Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Possession of a Weapon while Intoxicated, Drug Possession, and Resisting a Law Enforcement Officer. Plan accordingly... #CityLife #jacksonville #FloridaMan #police #crime #florida #1911A1 #commander #gas #cops #truck #urban #walmart
