The ATF has proposed a "rule change" that would essentially clarify that if you're traveling, particularly interstate, and stop to get gas/your car breaks down/etc... and you have an item banned in the state where that stop happens then you shouldn't be arrested for violating said "ban state laws." Well, the democrats are VERY mad about this. Several Senators (the ones you'd expect), sent a letter [FR Doc # 2026-08916 on the federal register if you want to look it up] to the ATF complaining about it and what is the first reason they say they oppose this new rule? You can't make this shit up. They claim the ATF doesn't have the power to make rules 🤡 I agree actually with that but this is the first time I can recall democrats saying this (funny how that works). I'll be bookmarking this for future reference when they inevitably call for anti gun "rules" changes in the future. Travel accordingly... #traveling #gas #democrats #DoubleStandards
