What appears on the surface is far from reality. The current top-down governance is a form of soft tyranny, and with the emerging Reset it will likely become hard. For starters, NCA supports the constitutional right to privacy and an outright rejection of the Reset Agenda. As Franklin stated, those who reduce liberty in the name of security deserve neither.
