While it's true that jews have a higher level of Neanderthal admixture than Europeans, the people with the highest amount of Neanderthal admixture on earth are the chinese. However, this elevated level of Neanderthal DNA could explain the propensity for animal cruelty amongst both jews and chinese alike.
