It appears that the rat bastard Dir. at the NSBA coordinated with the White House thereby magically green lighting AG Merrick Garland to spring to action in a desperate attempt to label parents at school board meetings as domestic terrorists. Oh, and did you know that Viola Garcia, the (now FORMER) Dir. at the NSBA who negotiated this outrageous action with the White House ahead of time, amazingly received an appointment to a super cushy federal post over at the National Assessment Governing Board (aka a 'quid pro quo' type arrangement) just afterward?
