Is the referendum illegal Yes it’s a breach of sec 128, which clearly says parliament can call for a referendum after consultation with we the people, which didn’t happen, unless they claim they did by taking advice from the corporate blacks, which clearly is not all the people. Many things wrong with this referendum, (1) writ is unlawful as the GG is only a witness and the seal is missing, (2) under sec51(26) aboriginal people already have a voice since the referendum of 1967, (3) constitution can only be amended by we the people, we currently operate under 2 constitutions the original and the corporate, which one are they changing, we don’t know. The whole thing is a shit show to place people under more control
