This includes, but is not limited to, interactions with the New Zealand Police, agents of the NZ Court System, Inland Revenue Department, and any other agents acting on behalf of the Crown/State. Note: All fees listed below are multiplied by a factor of 10 from the original claims provided. --- Maritime Jurisdiction Policy Enforcement (Police, etc.): - Pulling me over without a valid reason: - $100,000.00 - Threatening me with physical harm: - $500,000.00 - Causing me physical harm: - $5,000,000.00 - Threatening me with financial extortion: - $500,000.00 - Attempting to financially extort me: - $5,000,000.00 - Threatening to seize my private property: - $1,000,000.00 - Seizure of my private property: - $10,000,000.00 - Unlawful detainment: - $500,000.00 - Unlawful Arrest (claiming I have committed a crime without proper affidavit from an injured party): - $5,000,000.00 - Ongoing harassment: - $1,000,000.00 per each breach of my peace - Forced to sign anything under duress: - $1,000,000.00 --- Judicial System Agents (Judges, Magistrates, Clerks, Probation Officers, etc.): - Barratry - Misuse of legal proceedings: - $10,000,000.00 - Interrupting me when I'm speaking: - $10,000,000.00 - Any deception: - $10,000,000.00 - Failing to release me from any unlawful detainment: - $10,000,000.00 - Facilitating property theft from me or failing to stop it: - $50,000,000.00 --- Additional Conditions: - Non-Recognition of Legal Fiction Roles: All agents are regarded in their private capacity as living men and women, not in their official roles within the Admiralty Maritime system. - Non-Compliance with Admiralty Maritime Jurisdiction: I, Pamela, Marilyn of House Taylor, do not consent to be subject to or stand under any jurisdiction claiming to operate under maritime or admiralty law without explicit, informed consent. - Liability: By engaging in actions listed above, the individual agent consents to and becomes liable for these fees in their personal capacity. - Payment: All fees are to be paid directly to Pamela, Marilyn of House Taylor. Failure to pay will result in further actions as allowed by common law principles. - Taxes, Fines, and Fees: I will not pay any taxes, fines, or fees such as but not limited to driver's license renewals and private property registrations that are enforced under the Admiralty Maritime Commerce system without my explicit consent. This fee schedule serves as a notice to all agents involved that their actions have consequences under common law, where the natural rights of the living man or woman are paramount.
