When I first started at this company they told me their biggest problem is people just don't show up for the job, and after being there around a year I can see why. I don't want to fuckin go in there every week. And then you go like, can't we make this a place people don't want to avoid all the time? No, we can't do that, in fact we have multiple step plans on how to make it even more unpleasant several more times throughout the rest of this year. Which is why we already have 50+ new hires lined up to account for the turn over. This is just how we want to run things here. It is intentionally fuck you toward everyone at your level.
