US admits Russia chemical weapons scare FAKE NEWS - part of propaganda warfare (reports) Three US officials told NBC News that Washington is pushing fake news about Russia to apparently control decisions taken by the Kremlin, confessing that there was no evidence Russia was set to use chemical weapons in Ukraine. “It doesn’t have to be solid intelligence when we talk about it,” one official reportedly said. “It’s more important to get out ahead of them… before they do something.” US/Russia rivalry author Tim Weiner called it “the most amazing display of intelligence as an instrument of state power that I have seen or that I’ve heard of since the Cuban Missile Crisis”.
