Twitter shareholders SUE Musk for Late Investment Disclosure A lawsuit has been filed against Elon Musk for not disclosing his Twitter stake within the legally-mandated timeframe of 10 days - costing former shareholders on Twitter’s rocketing price. It is not clear how much is being claimed in damages, but when the Tesla CEO’s 9.2% stake was announced on April 4 shares shot up 27% from £39.31 to $49.97. Under federal law any stake over 5% must be disclosed within 10 days - which for Musk would have been March 24.
