WH Pressures Congress For Ukraine Winter Support The Biden administration is leaning on moderate Republicans to help them push through even greater spending to support Ukraine via the monster spending bill currently being negotiated. The White House and Pentagon officials have reportedly met with GOP members in an attempt to firm up support for financial and military support for Kiev ahead of the imminent Republican House majority. Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy said back in October Ukraine would not receive a “blank check” from the US, while Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has insisted “not another penny” will go to Kiev under her party’s control.
