Zionism is treated as if it is some sacred religion when it is actually a ethno-racist ideology based on forming a Jewish military state on top of an existing indigenous Palestinian population. This “sacred” Zionist ideology actually has nothing to do with Israel or even the Middle East. Zionism was concocted in Europe by a Austrian journalist named Theodor Herzl in 1896. 2️⃣ Demographics of today’s Israel- Supporters of Zionism and the current State of Israel when confronted with the illegal occupation of the Palestinians’ homeland, will swiftly bring up Bible texts from over 2,000 years ago to justify the theft of Palestinian land. Supporters of today’s Israel will always conveniently skip over the 1,200 years before 1948 which seen the migration of peoples into present day Israel which are actually the ancestors of today’s Palestinian population. In 1882, the demographic makeup of Palestinian territory (today’s Israel and some surrounding areas) was 85% Muslim and Christian, and 4% Jewish. Today’s Israel’s population (including illegally occupied territories) is 48% Muslim and Christian, and 52% Jewish (mostly European). There is no way that this demographic shift could have been achieved without massive immigration from foreign countries. The majority of the Israeli population are Europeans, the descendants of Europeans (including the European portion of Russia), Canadians, and Americans who have oppressed and displaced much of the Palestinian population. Whether you deem the European Jews Ashkenazi Jews or Khazarian Jews, they are not from Israel or Palestine. 3️⃣ Antisemitism- Another European concoction whipped up in the Austrian Empire in 1860 by Austrian scholar Moritz Steinschneider.
