Salvation is the only pre-requisite to evangelism. You don't need to be a pastor, you don't need a seminary degree, you don't need to memorize the Bible, and you don't need to put in community service hours to become "qualified enough" to tell someone what Jesus did for you. It doesn't matter who you are, if you're saved then you are also commanded to spread the Good News. Growth and sanctification will come as you walk with the Lord daily. You'll have lots to learn and refine in your approach to witnessing, but don't let that hold you back from getting started right away. People need Jesus.
