Skrsky, the new Commander of the UAF already lives up to his nickname ‘The Butcher’. He sent the 3rd Brigade to a training ground in Selidovo, where up to 1,500 personnel may have been killed or wounded by Russian Iskander missiles. The Ukrainian Army’s biggest losses to date and brings to a halt the relief UAF at Avdeevka, which Russia has already spilt in two cauldrons.
