Hispanic & Asian also going down quite rapidly. White birthrates stabilized, stared slowing going up. It was only Q3 2024 when White birthrates went above black birthrates, and now they're already 11.68% higher. Such population trends are usually quite robust No reason to think these directions will not continue for a considerable time. Hard to say where the floor to black births would be. Some Caribbean are at or below around TFR 1.0.
