🙏 🕊 Good evening. Humility is such an important character quality. Many times when I am praying, I find myself asking the Lord to help me to humble myself. He tells us that He resists the proud, but gives His grace to the humble. I don't want to go through life being resisted by the Lord. I don't want to go through life thinking more highly of myself than I ought. I have worth, because He has been gracious to give His Life and Spirit to me. To dwell in me. That in and of itself is humbling. Realizing that apart from Him I cannot do anything. When you really catch a glimpse of what that means humility is the natural outcome. God give us grace to see ourselves the way He does. God bless your evening! 🙏 🕊
