Good evening! I was looking through some pictures and found one I thought you might all enjoy. This was one weeks worth of tomato production for the restaurant that I grow for. This was pre Covid, when things were twice as busy as they are now. The restaurant was going through around 300 pounds a week at the time. I really enjoy this picture because I understand just how much work is involved in producing that many tomatoes intensively. God bless your evening!
