@[email protected] @[email protected] 2030? You are an optimist aren't you? :D Housing market is going to collapse within 18 months, prices too high,too many flippers/investors/bullshit... Add to that credit is so tight its gotten very difficult to get a home loan thanks to the fuckery from the last bursting bubble.
