Governor Abbott must pardon Daniel Perry, and refuse to be intimidated into backing down by this disgusting woke leftist Judge. The Judge thinks he is being slick by unsealing a bunch of Facebook posts allegedly made by Perry in which Perry supposedly makes "racist" remarks. This is an outrageous display of blatant political bias on the part of the Judge, as the Judge is implying by doing this that if somebody is a "racist", then it is justified to have them falsely convicted of murder and imprisoned for self-defense. Self-defense is not a crime, and being "racist" is not a crime either (although the left certainly wants it to be). Somebody exercising their First Amendment right to post edgy things on social media is not a criminal, and certainly does not deserve to be framed as a murderer for defending themselves against a protester who put the barrel of an assault weapon in their face! If you pointed an assault weapon at a cop, they would shoot you, and the cop would not be convicted of murder. Shooting somebody who is threatening you with a firearm in their face is undoubtedly a case of self-defense. And the individual in question posting offensive remarks on social media does NOT change this in any way! Everybody, regardless of their individual viewpoints or speech, is treated equally under the law.
