Clarksville Tennessee High School official jailed for rape April 13 Garry #Chadwell, #Kenwood High School athletics director and assistant principal, was arrested in connection with the statutory rape of a teenager. Chadwell was booked into the Montgomery County jail and later released on a $30,000 bond.
