Was Desi Freeman set Up for the Police Shooting? Desi was taking the magistrate and several cops to the supreme court, but this was cut short when the alleged shooting took place. This video explains why the previous court hearing took place, which resulted in the arrest of the magistrate and police officers, and why Desi was taking them all to the supreme court. So the cops and magistrate certainly did have motive for stopping the supreme court hearing from taking place at any cost to avoid jail time.
