I don't think we were meant to be able to handle the constant bombardment of negative news from the entire world. To live in a state of constant fear and worry. So I find myself taking a break from Gab periodically and focus on things that I can control, that is in my area, my life... One thing that I've been doing is breaking out the pencils and pad this winter. I started and finished a new colored pencil drawing. The reference photo was sent to me a year ago by a friend and I saved it as it looked like a fun one to draw.
