I've been in this group a while, mostly reading. Time to put something on the table. First, so you know where I'm coming from — the AR platform is my thing. Semi auto 300 Win Mag, an AR-10 in .308, and about a half dozen AR-15s. I'm not a guy who read about this in a magazine. I was also a paratrooper flight medic in Desert Storm and a combat medic in Afghanistan. Two combat tours. Combat Medical Badge, second award. Expert Field Medical Badge. Air Medal. I've worked wounded on the floor of a chopper, in the back of a Humvee, and in the sand. Here's what I keep seeing in this space. Guys who've spent thousands on a build, thousands more on optics and cans and ammo, and their entire medical plan is a boo-boo kit from Amazon they've never opened. A tourniquet is useless in its wrapper on a shelf if you don't know how to crank it down hard enough to stop arterial bleeding. Most people don't. They think it's tight and it isn't, and the person keeps bleeding under it. A femoral bleed gives you about three minutes. That's the whole window. Same goes for a chest seal on a sucking chest wound, packing a junctional bleed, or knowing when a tourniquet is the wrong call entirely. You put in the range time. Do the same for the part that happens after the shooting stops — range accident, home invasion, car wreck, or your kid. That's why I built the Total Preparedness Program. On the medical side: trauma care, wound care, and medical care for your whole family, including the children, because a child is not a small adult. On the shooting side, there's a dedicated AR15 section, a fundamentals of shooting series, and a long range course built around the 300 Win Mag. Not gear reviews. What to actually do. Plus alternative medicine for when there's no pharmacy, land navigation, comms, grid-down survival, defensive operations, and city survival guides. Over 400 modules. $9.97 a month. No trial, no gimmick, no upsell. I'll be straight with you — I'm a one man operation. No company behind me, no investors, no staff. Just a guy who put his savings and a few thousand hours into building something he thinks matters, still walking rounds onto the target trying to shrink that group down to sub MOA. Any of you who take a look, or pass it to somebody who'd use it, moves me closer. tpp.suburbanprepper.com #2A #AR15 #TCCC #StopTheBleed #Preparedness Suburban Prepper
