Freeze dried more pears ... cubed them in my processor ... found that unripe get nice and crunchy and are really good...similar to apple in taste. If you freeze dry them ripe, they turn out a bit sticky due to all the sugar content ... still good tho but I prefer crunchy over a bit gummy. 🤔
