1) There is a difference between Iran taking US citizens hostage and how they have traditionally treated their own people. Doing it to US citizens is Casus Belli - and therefore by itself justifies war. 2) Show me where US armed forces fired missiles into Iran before 2026. Once again, Casus Belli. You once again prove my point. 3) You do not dispute the Shah's legal rights to remove the prime minister (who had just dissolved the parliment to push through his cabal). Thank you for proving my point. 4) I was specifically referring to 1953 when the Shah legally removed the prime minister. We were funding groups that did marches. However, we were not funding groups in Iran that were hijacking aircraft, planting roadside bombs, or taking people hostage. We were funding people that were also fed up with Mohammad Mosaddegh consolidating power, promoting corrupt ministers and mismanaging the government. While the US has certainly funded terrorist organizations (part of the reason we should be skeptical of USAID and other deep state organizations), it is wrong to call the Kurds "terrorists." By and large they are not engaged in irregular warfare, but are a people who simply want some control over their ancestral homelands. Turkey and Iraq have tried to genocide them, so they certainly have good reasons to want autonamous regions or even their own country. 5) Read about "Operation Ajax" actually did, and not just the anti-American, Europhobic, Anti-White prejudiced sources. We did not send in warplanes, our navy, tanks, or artillery. We did not even send in Green Berets to train dissidents. We did not send in Seals to decapitate the leadership. If you only read pro-Communist, racist, anti-Christian propaganda you are going to have a very slanted view of 1953. Did you know that the Soviet Union was working with the Tudeh party, who did actual bombings and assasinations? Did you know they were infiltrating the Iranian military and police forces? Did you know they were bribing officials in the Mohammad Mosaddegh government? Their agents were much more active in Iran, and their efforts at subversion were more extensive than Operation Ajax. We won because the various ethnic groups in Iran trusted Mohammad Mosaddegh less than the Shah, and felt his overreach was more eggregious than what the Shah would do. Don't fall for the Anti-Christian, Anti-American, Anti-White media slant.
