My niece & her roommate who is from South Korea were visiting Hawaii last week. South Korea requires everyone to be vaccinated and be up to date with all boosters. They have digital tracking for every person. Her parents that met her here in Honolulu had to get boosters before traveling so they could return to South Korea. There are no exceptions.
