Ive had a spell with #carpal tunnel yrs ago and try to mitigate since, depending on activity. i didnt want to trust my left arm nerve damage was maybe 'having a better day than usual' or not. So ystrdy was the third 22 km bike ride wearing these gloves to give fair chance. Work gloves after taking the 'no jab no job' seriously, and walking away from the paving job... these were issued for the jackhammer rotation. just like #PPE masks (OR UNDERWEAR OR SWIM TRUNKS you buy at a store) no one gets to use them after you do, so naturally they are 'yours' forever more. forgot I had them, figured to try them out see if the carpals would be happier with them, turns out they are fantastic for them. Unrelated more recent nerve damage that has fingers numb, didnt get worse either. I rate these a top score. If your hands/fingers/whatevers burn from long rides I recommend you go get some. Dunno where the city got them from up here in chinada formerly canada, bet the USA has ten times the market outlets, make model clear in the photo included. Yes Ive tried many gel gloves from the #biking world (at the same time gel pad handlebars too), no they dont last long that I can recall, yes the gel seems to gel out of the way of pressure points over time or find a way to slurp out entirely, and no I dont remember them being superior to these jackgloves, just pricier cuz ya know, 'its cool to buy pricey bike stuff' marketing ideology. Now if they can finally invent an ass pad worthy of biking on... (yes tried natural sheep wool, gel bike seat, etc)
