Patriotic Principle 13: Liberty is a virtue...one of many. When it comes to government, liberty is, perhaps, the virtue to be most considered. When it comes to society, however, morality might take the fore. As matters should be more often questions of society than government, morality, as a virtue, should be more often primarily considered than liberty.
