I don’t know who needs to hear this, but preferring a different skin tone than mine doesn’t make you a racist. Preferring a different hair characteristic than mine doesn’t make you a racist. Preferring a different accent than mine doesn’t make you a racist. Assuming the content of my character based on my race makes you a racist.
