James Franklin has got to be experiencing the sobering reality that he is supposed to earn 8.5 million by coaching a potential national championship team to a national championship. He has been able to lean on stellar athletes like Barkley, Parsons, Gesicki, Friermuth and others to bail him out while he allowed the program to become a stepping stone for coaches to build their resume.
