ADMIN POST. All going off in Rochdale today. Driver plows into pedestrians in two separate locations. 4 hit, Inc a child, woman airlfited to hos. Then terror police blew a door off and detained this man. The car driver detained "mentally" and "not terrorism" apparently 😐
