When Boomers SHAMED their Gen X and Millenial children into getting infinity six figure degrees to achieve “success” so they wouldn’t end up “working dead end retail,” it was the perfect opportunity for corporations to fill those jobs with retirees and immigrants and lower the wages knowing nobody was supporting a family on them.
