A Message to the Supreme Court from the Supremes The Supreme Court is not "supreme" because We the People are supreme pursuant to the Article 4, section 4 of the US Constitution which GUARANTEES a Republican form of government in which "sovereignty is vested in the people" BY DEFINITION.
