This Kirk's staff member was clearly on it And what is even the bigger give away, is that FBI is not taking any interest in this fellow, although he has tampered with the evidence, actually stole it, and the most valuable piece of evidence too, in the first 5 minutes from the shooting. So clearly an inside man, or he would have been, should have been arrested a long time ago.
