I saw worlds within worlds. They appeared as translucent bubbles clustered together, each containing a complete reality—with its own space, movement and flow of time. Inside one of them, someone was playing a guitar. Years later, I discovered three thinkers who had approached a remarkably similar possibility: Itzhak Bentov described nested toroidal cosmoses, each with its own internal cycles. Jacobo Grinberg proposed a universal informational Lattice from which perceived reality emerges. Donald Hoffman argues that space-time and physical objects may be only an evolved interface concealing a deeper conscious reality. These ideas do not prove that an altered state reveals the structure of the universe. But they challenge one of our deepest assumptions: that reality must resemble the world we perceive. What if colour, sound, objects, space and time are not reality itself, but elements of a biological interface?
