It should be downright embarrassing to be a government employee. Think about it, when someone chooses to work for the state, they're essentially signing up to live off money siphoned from the productive private sector, the people who actually generate real value. Accepting a paycheck and a cushy pension, all funded by wealth extracted from hard-working individuals who contribute to society, isn't exactly something to brag about. It’s a bit like being proud of living off your neighbor’s paycheck because someone in a suit told you it was legal.
