Nuland: Abrams are very sophisticated tanks that require a lot of training before Ukrainian army is able to use them. Washington would be ready to offer Russia sanctions relief if Moscow agreed to negotiate and seriously withdraw from Ukraine and return territory to country. 🇷🇺 'Sanctions relief'? 😁 As if Russia would need or want 'relief'. The West is delusional. And of course Russia will not return liberated (!) territory to the fascist regime in Kiev.
