πποΈπ€β€οΈπ 1-day, 1-hour, 1-minute at a time... When I broke a few habits I first went out of my mind. My nerves were shot. I couldn't think. * I decided to occupy my time with something positive to do so I wouldn't fail and fall back. * I went for long walks, rode my bicycle, started writing, writing, writing, drawing, painting, colouring, started exercising, going to the gym, dancing whatever it took to take my mind off of the habit I was trying to break, which for me was my addictions to cigarettes, pot, booze and bad, needy men. *** I've been completely straight now for 4-years and happier than I've ever been. My confidence has built up, etc... Shockingly, I succeeded, cause I have a super addictive nature. π So don't give up trying. If at first you don't succeed try try again. βBTW - Did you break a bad habit? What did you do to succeed?
