OK, so now we're getting somewhere. He's going to have been found Negligent for failing to validate contacts/members with due diligence? OR Did he modify Pete's phone to switch contact details to effect the data breach? Which would be active Espionage of Top Secret Nat. Sec. data? If the later, follow the money... what was he promised to effect the breach? Is he acting on belief (i.e., usurp Trump's authority, cripple the America's international reputation/efficacy?) Or was it clout/money? Inquiring minds want to know!
