This unique design provides you with flexibility and functionality in either mode. When using it in Semi automatic mode a gas piston drives the bolt carrier, in pump action mode the same components are driven by sliding the fore-end backwards. Additionally it's worth noting the XPA-12 is fed by a detachable box magazine for incredible firepower. An AR style sight system is used with a rear carry handle and removable front sight. The tactical style polymer stock and polymer pistol grip all feature a matte black finish.
