I think the #plantiff does have a case here in this #lawsuit. Apparently his parents were compensated very little for the #Nirvana #album cover, and on top of it all it's a baby in the buff that was printed on mass media. I never really cared for #Nirvana or 90's grunge rock outside some Alice in Chains, and remember seeing that album cover as a kid and thinking it should have been a photo that was kept private. In this day and age with Social Media there are far too many photos being shared that should be kept private in my opinion. Just my 2cents.
