It's identical to the case of principal Jason Merz in Butler County, Oxford, Ohio within the Talawanda School District. Isolated, no witnesses, touching the body part(s) of the victim, while also masturbating. Only difference with the Barton case, is the victim went to the police immediately, and there was video evidence corroborating the allegation. One is now in jail, while Jason Merz is gainfully employed at Talawanda Middle School.
