@TheForging The #almighty #dollar has been fiat since 1930's "Trading With the Enemy Act", one of the biggest causes and ends of the "Great Depression" along with #Military #Industrial Complex over-spending and hogging resources for everyone to blow each other up hence (after) the "Great War". #US has mostly been in war-time; if we collected all the days together there would only be maybe 3yrs total of not being in war-time. #Gold can only do so much, is a heavy metal and shouldn't be eaten, by metallic properties it is a soft "warming" (it attracts heat) electrical conductive metal and can be used in good ways not a form of currency or "current sea" #Mammon #greed.
