It's Crazy-CatLady-er-day on The Skeptic Tank. Tag for #MalarkeyChallenge One of my friends here is too enthusiastic about her 3 cats and all the wild cats she feeds at her back door - which makes her broke before the end of the month. She's a lovely woman in all other ways and I have sympathy for the type. That doesn't mean they avoid #TheSkepticTank though. To me, there's a simple equation that determines if you should have another cat. No. If you have zero cats and you want to get a cat, that's fine. If you decide to get two cats, also fine. But if you have cat(s) and you think, "I need ANOTHER cat(s)", check yourself. This kind of thinking leads to pouring cat food openly on the kitchen floor because you ran out of bowls.
