First up bugolgi beef brisket, smoked on my BBQ. (Still no oven btw) then a lemon pana cota served on a sweet lemon biscuit topped with fresh whipped cream and blackberries from my garden. Finally another batch of toaster oven sourdough biscuits, sweet and garlic, cheddar,dill.
