In short, I can perform all of the duties the usual lawyer performs. I cannot, however, stand before a judge in a court of law and represent anyone else other than myself. I can draft legal documents, transcribe hearings, help with filings, and the other technicalities of the legal process. Customers would have to present the cases I draft on their own behalf. I am based in Texas, but am capable of assisting in most other jurisdictions.
