I'm working on an asset, and I'm trying to improve my Marketplace workflow. Does anybody know of a good free/cheap screen capture tool that will let me set the resolution of a rectangle to use as the capture? So I can set it to the size the Marketplace needs rather than editing them all. I have one that let's me create a rectangle, but the size is dynamic. I want the rectangle to be fixed.
