I live in southwestern Ontario, and I "self-identify" 😉 as a libertarian. I'm joining to learn more about and support this very important initiative. I also want to be part of a place that allows free thought with no censorship or ulterior motives. The deconstruction of the US by the radical left is alarming by its speed and level of conformity by the masses. The same is happening in Canada, where the federal government buys off big media outlets so they'll be friendly to the government. The feds last year announced a firearm confiscation program as "proof" to low-information urban voters that they're getting tough on crime. They tell city dwellers that they're fighting gang and drug violence by banning certain guns and taking them away from lawful, legal owners. Our man-boy Prime Minister is a dolt who has said he admires China's basic form of dictatorship and whose father was good friends with Fidel Castro. He calls the AR-15 style of firearm is designed to kill as many people as possible and sys it has no place in Canada. As the virus becomes a convenient excuse to take away our basic human rights, a feeling of despair has wormed its way into my thoughts; can conservatives ever develop the unity that the left enjoys?
